BLACKSTONE'S WELLNESS COLLECTIVE
5 Days to Pause • Reset • Grow
A gentle start to a calmer, more balanced you.
Give yourself about 10–15 minutes each day. Small counts. You are building consistency, not proving anything.
Daily rhythm: Check in → Practice → Reflect → Choose one tiny supportive action → Close.
Day 1 — PAUSE
Slow down long enough to hear yourself.
- Take five slow, comfortable breaths.
- Check in with your jaw, shoulders, chest, hands and belly.
- Drink a glass of water or another hydrating drink.
- Choose one gentle intention for the day.
Journal: How am I feeling right now—physically, mentally and emotionally? What do I need more of today? What do I need less of?
Affirmation: It is safe for me to pause. I can meet myself where I am.
Day 2 — BREATHE
Use your breath as a gentle reset button.
- Inhale for 4 counts, hold for 2, and exhale for 6. Repeat up to five comfortable rounds.
- Take one 3–5 minute screen break.
- Notice one rushed moment and choose one slower breath instead.
If counted breathing is uncomfortable, shorten the counts or simply make the exhale a little slower without forcing a deep breath.
Journal: Where do I hold tension when I feel stressed? What changed after I breathed intentionally—even a little?
Affirmation: My breath brings me back to myself.
Day 3 — RESET
Release one thing so you have room for what matters.
- Write down one thought, expectation or task you are ready to loosen your grip on.
- Clear one tiny physical or digital space for five minutes.
- Take a short walk or stretch afterward.
- Say “not today” to one non-essential demand if you can.
Journal: What can I release today to make room for more peace? What am I carrying that is not mine to carry?
Affirmation: I release what no longer serves me and make room for peace.
Day 4 — MOVE
Move with kindness, not punishment.
- Choose 5–10 minutes of gentle movement.
- Try walking, stretching, chair movement, light dancing, or comfortable shoulder and ankle circles.
- Pause before and after to notice your energy and mood.
- Hydrate after movement.
Journal: How does my body feel before movement? How does it feel after? What kind of movement feels supportive rather than stressful?
Affirmation: My body deserves movement that feels supportive and kind.
Day 5 — GROW
Carry your reset forward—one habit at a time.
- Review Days 1–4 and note the practice that helped most.
- Write three things you are proud of from these five days.
- Choose one habit to continue for the next seven days.
- Decide when and where that habit will happen.
Journal: What have I learned about myself this week? What would a calmer, more supported week look like for me?
Affirmation: I am growing into a calmer, stronger, more grounded me.
You finished your reset
Notice what changed—even if the change feels small. Keep one practice that supported you and return whenever you need a gentler beginning.
