7-Day Pause • Reset • Move — Web Edition

This free web experience helps you notice how you are arriving, choose a gentle practice, and learn which tools fit different kinds of days.

Begin each day with a Feeling Check: How are you arriving—calm, scattered, tense, heavy, tired, restless, hopeful or not sure? Is your energy low, middle or high? Does your body feel tight, neutral or open?

Choose Seated, Standing, or Make It Gentler. All versions count equally.

Day 1 — ARRIVE • Anjali Mudra

Orient to the present. Notice one sound, one visual detail and one point of physical support. Add a gentle open-and-return arm movement or keep your hands resting comfortably.

Breath: Lotus Breath—let the hands open comfortably as you inhale and return as you exhale.

Reflect: What helped me feel most present during this practice?

Affirmation: I arrive in this moment with presence and compassion.

Day 2 — GROUND • Prithvi Mudra

Explore steadiness through your contact points. Seated: press the feet gently into the floor. Standing: shift weight slowly from side to side.

Breath: Anchor Exhale—easy inhale, slightly longer comfortable exhale.

Reflect: Which contact point helped me notice steadiness today?

Affirmation: I can return to what is steady beneath me.

Day 3 — OPEN • Gyan Mudra

Create comfortable physical and attentional space without trying to solve anything. Try a gentle reach-and-return through the hands and arms.

Breath: Window Breath—notice comfortable space on the inhale and soften on the exhale.

Reflect: Where did I notice a little more room?

Affirmation: I can make room without having every answer.

Day 4 — BALANCE • Hakini Mudra

Use an easy left-right rhythm—cross-body reaches or taps, seated or standing—to notice how attention follows a simple pattern.

Breath: Even Wave—comfortable, even-paced breathing without forcing a count.

Reflect: What happened to my attention when I followed one simple pattern?

Affirmation: I can give attention to what matters without giving everything equal weight.

Day 5 — RELEASE • Apana Mudra

Explore the contrast between effort and ease. Gently engage the hands for a moment, then soften; add comfortable wrist or side-to-side movement.

Breath: Sigh-Out—natural inhale followed by an easy, unforced exhale.

Reflect: Where could I use a little less effort in my body right now?

Affirmation: I can loosen my grip without losing myself.

Day 6 — RESTORE • Shuni Mudra

Choose one sensory input to soften: light, sound, touch, temperature or pace. Keep movement slow and supported.

Breath: Quiet Breath—easy breathing with a gently longer exhale if comfortable.

Reflect: Which small environmental change helped this moment feel more restorative?

Affirmation: Restoration is something I can practice before I am empty.

Day 7 — INTEGRATE & CELEBRATE • Padma / Lotus Mudra

Choose one movement, one breath cue and one hand position from the week that felt useful. Build a simple state-to-practice note: “When I feel ___, I can try ___.”

Reflect: Which tools fit which kinds of days for me?

Affirmation: I know more about what helps me return to myself.

Your Personal Reset Map

Write three simple pairings from your week, such as: Scattered → a left-right rhythm; Tense → a longer exhale; Low energy → a standing version. These are personal observations, not medical recommendations.
