These Terms of Service apply to your use of Blackstone's Wellness Collective websites, digital products, coaching services, newsletters, events, and related customer services.

Wellness and Educational Scope

Blackstone's Wellness Collective provides educational wellness resources, guided reflection tools, general health-and-wellness coaching, mindfulness and self-care support, organization and routine tools, and personal-development resources. Our products and services are not medical care, mental-health treatment, diagnosis, psychotherapy, medical nutrition therapy, emergency services, or a substitute for care from an appropriately licensed healthcare professional.

You are responsible for your own decisions and for seeking licensed professional care when appropriate. Do not delay or discontinue professional treatment based on Collective content. In an emergency or crisis, contact 911 or the appropriate emergency or crisis service.

Digital Products and Personal-Use License

Unless a listing expressly states otherwise, digital products are delivered electronically and no physical item will be shipped. A purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for your personal use only.

You may download and print purchased materials for your own personal use. You may not resell, redistribute, publicly share, reproduce for commercial use, remove copyright or branding, upload files for public access, or represent Blackstone's Wellness Collective materials as your own without written permission.

Coaching Services

Coaching is educational and supportive and may address general wellness, habits, routines, reflection, accountability, mindfulness, self-care, organization, and personal growth. Coaching does not diagnose or treat illness, provide psychotherapy, prescribe treatment or medication, provide medical nutrition therapy, or replace licensed healthcare services.

Appointment availability, rescheduling, cancellations, and no-show expectations are governed by the applicable booking and cancellation terms presented at booking.

Purchases and Payment

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. You agree to provide accurate billing and contact information. Payment processing is handled through authorized third-party payment providers. We may correct obvious pricing, billing, or technical errors and will contact you when a correction materially affects your purchase.

Refunds

Refunds and digital-purchase issues are governed by our Digital Product & Refund Policy. Because downloadable digital products may be delivered immediately, digital purchases are generally final after delivery or access, except where applicable law requires otherwise or where a verified delivery or technical problem cannot reasonably be resolved.

Acceptable Use

You may not use our services or materials for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, infringing, or harmful purposes. You may not attempt to interfere with our website, payment systems, customer accounts, digital delivery systems, or other technology.

Intellectual Property

Blackstone's Wellness Collective content, branding, graphics, product materials, written content, and other original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of our intellectual property to you.

Third-Party Services

Our services may link to or use third-party platforms such as Shopify, payment processors, booking services, social platforms, or other providers. Their terms and privacy practices may also apply to your use of those services.

Privacy

Your use of our website and services is also subject to our Privacy Policy. Please do not send detailed medical records, diagnoses, medication histories, insurance information, or other sensitive clinical information through ordinary contact forms, newsletter forms, social media, or unsecured email.

Disclaimers and Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, our products and services are provided for educational and general wellness purposes without guarantees of specific health, financial, personal, or other outcomes. Results vary by individual circumstances and effort. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be limited.
